2 Large cans of yams

2 Large cans of sliced carrots

1 Kishky

Brown sugar

Maple syrup

 

 

Drain yam juice and carrot juice into bowl. Slice yams into 1-inch pieces. Put into casserole dish with carrot slices, put kishky on top, or layer them. Mix together yam and carrot juice and add brown sugar. Pour this over the stuff in the casserole, than drizzle maple syrup over the top. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Put into pre-heated 350-degree oven, bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. When you reheat use a low temperature of about 250, so that it heats slowly.
