Supervised a dedicated team of representatives, across the country, to create new business opportunities for SHOP.com's Altura Network and Catalog City. Formed alliances with key industry leaders to expand the reach and profitability of the Altura Network. Opened new channels of distribution for Altura's proven platform. Provided services for merchants seeking customer acquisition, marketing, and advertising. Developed team, strategies, and tools to support over 500 clients for Inktomi Commerce. Delivered key strategy decisions for pursuing new market opportunities, as well executing in a Business Development role with over 15 major corporations. Expanded staff and services into Europe and Asia.

Supervised over 40 employees in a fast paced, high-growth startup environment, including Client Services, Creative, QA, and Marketing. Brokered and executed relationships with over 200 high-profile clients, including AOL, MSN, Yahoo!, Eddie Bauer, Barnes & Noble, QVC. Developed all marketing plans, and built out complete support teams for multiple product lines.

Responsible for the creation, marketing, and development of The Sharper Image e-commerce effort. Increased sales and profit on goods sold by over 200%. Expanded marketing through alliances with all major online services and media corporations. Oversaw multiple engineering and product development efforts, as well as hiring internal and external resources for multiple online catalog concepts, service solutions, and innovations.
